3M™ Composite Film Electrical Tape 44 is a high-performance, thermally stable insulation tape made from a polyimide/polyester composite film, coated with a flame-retardant acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It is engineered to meet the tough demands of motor, transformer, and coil insulation—especially in high-temperature environments. It offers excellent thermal endurance, mechanical toughness, and electrical strength, making it ideal for Class H (180°C) insulation systems.
