3M™ Scotch® 2228 is a conformable, self-fusing rubber mastic tape designed for insulating and sealing applications. It consists of an ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) backing and a tacky mastic adhesive. The tape is highly resistant to moisture, UV, and harsh environmental conditions, making it ideal for outdoor and direct burial applications.
